  ➣S H A P E S H I F T I N G ▪ True to his species, Cherubino has had the ability to shift between forms ever since he was a foal. His natural form is that of a small centaur. He's become very fond of his humanoid shape, finding that it allows him to travel and meet new people. In a pinch, he'll shift into the form of a miniature horse, though he tries to avoid it. He can glamour his horn and wings to hide them, but they still exist.

  ➣G L A M O U R ▪ Though able to shift into a humanoid form, Cherry still has his tail, wings, ears, and horn. Minor magic has enabled him to effectively hide these clearly inhuman bodyparts. Unfortunately, they still exist. His tail is usually kept braided and pinned in an attempt to keep it out of the way, while his wings are tucked in close against his body. He's extremely protective, and tries to avoid letting anyone touch them.

  ➣H E A L I N G - A N D - E M P A T H Y▪ These two abilities often go hand in hand. Though the magic of his original bloodline has been greatly diffused over the years, he still has the capacity to heal minor injuries without a scar. His blood can be taken to supplement healing; it can cure or at least lessen the effects of some diseases, though it may become addictive. He can also numb or deaden pain with contact, taking the worst of it himself. He is naturally empathetic and picks up on the emotions of people and animals near him, sometimes mirroring them. He can project some emotions, usually calm or happiness, though others are certainly possible. The effects may vary.

  ➣P U R I T Y ▪ The touch of his horn can neutralize almost any toxin, and he is somewhat immune to poisons due to that fact. He is naturally drawn to aid virgins, though he will rarely ever reveal himself to them. He will not consciously seek out virgins. He is simply aware of their presence. Pure gold may be used to entrap him, should he be bridled with it while in feral form and properly broken. A necklace of suitable purity may also be used to temporarily charm him into obedience, but its removal will end the effect. Due to this, he prefers rose gold or silver.

  
  
  
  
  

• Talents

  ★★★☆☆ - Healing He can heal minor injuries, and ensure there will be no scarring. That said, Cherry's blood can be used as a last ditch effort to keep someone alive.
  ★★★☆☆ - Purification All but the deadliest toxins can be purged by the touch of his horn, though he cannot yet remove toxins from the bloodstream.
  ★★☆☆☆ - Pain Absorption Contact only. He can absorb minor aches and pains without being weakened. The pain of a sprained ankle can only be taken for an hour. A severe break would overwhelm him quickly. Even if forced to absorb too much pain, his powers would likely fizzle and he would pass out, causing the pain to go back to its original sufferer.
  ★★★★☆ - Empathy - projection Animals are especially receptive to this. His emotions are projected to those around him, and even some sentient beings may be affected by them. It's usually subtle, hardly more than causing someone to calm, or feel happier. It's sometimes powerful enough to cause a noticeable change, like from sorrow to joy.
  ★★★★☆ - Empathy - reception He instinctively knows how someone feels, sensing sorrow, joy, anger, etc.
  ★★★★☆ - Groomer He's a pretty good groomer, especially since animals tend to cooperate extremely well.
  ★★☆☆☆ - Hair Stylist He has a good eye for styling and is hella good with dye, but please don't let him cut your hair.
  ★★★☆☆ - Makeup Artist Definitely fierce, but not quite runway ready.
  ★★★☆☆ - Nail technician A self taught wiz-kid. He's still figuring out some nail effects, but his manicures can pass for professional!
